Poor performance with NIC Teaming on Windows Server

I enabled NIC Teaming on Windows Server 2012 including two Intel NICs. Afterwards, I tested the performance and noticed the Write speed was fine but the Read speed was less than 1MB/second! To fix the problem, I disabled Large Send Offload (IPv4) on both physical NICs and immediately, the test results were good for both Write & Read. I read online that other people with Broadcom NICs had to disable Virtual Machine Queue on the physical NICs to fix the same problem on their Broadcom NICs.
