TeamViewer breaks/mutes local audio
Date Added: 2/7/2023

Problem:
When you connect to a remote PC using TeamViewer and do anything related to remote audio, then the local audio on your own PC stops working. It just mutes. If you're listening to music, a podcast, or a troubleshooting video locally as you work remotely, that just breaks with no apparent way to fix it.

Solution:
On your local PC, go to TeamViewer's options > "Audio conferencing", and change the devices under "Voice playback" and "Voice input" to some device other than the one you're using. That breaks TeamViewer's audio features while fixing your local PC's audio.
